— Blogspark (@blogsparkuk) 26 October 2017
The article which Blogspark published talks about Fantastic Services’ company culture, which rests upon our 360 Degree Happiness philosophy. In short, this philosophy is about making sure that everyone involved with Fantastic – our pros, our office staff, our managers, our directors, and most especially our customers – are left happy at the end of the working day.
It includes aspect such as:
- Treating everyone with the respect they deserve as a professional – whether you’re a CEO or cleaner at Fantastic Services, you’ll never be talked down to or treated like anything other than the professional you are.
- Making sure everyone is getting the support they need out of their job – this is the basic premise of the philosophy. Everyone should feel valued and that the company gives them the support they need in order to keep on delivering expert services.
- Building a team which is going to help you – from the point of view of a new entrepreneur, the philosophy relates to hiring a team which shares your values and is going to work as hard as you are.
