The saying that any publicity is good publicity just isn’t true, a couple of bad reviews or articles in a well-known publication can cripple a business. For this reason a positive reaction from the media has to be a good thing, and in this our company is going from strength to strength, the accolades we are receiving are just astounding us.
Once again we are featured in The Guardian, this time in the Smarter Working Showcase, part of the Small Business Showcase. This publication is all about giving small businesses a platform to showcase their ideas and practices to an audience of their peers, for the benefit of all. No mean feat as the selection process to be featured here is a rigorous one and if you get through only proves that your efforts are considered worthy to share.
To have the opportunity to share our working practices has us pumped. The fact that we are showcased is a humbling experience. Our core idea as a company, ‘the 360 degree philosophy’, drives every move we make. We understand that everybody in the chain is equally important and needs to be happy for the business to be a success. The GoFantastic app featured in the article is no exception. The app forms part of a new smarter working approach and is enabling us to streamline the booking procedure. Having our app in place makes everybody’s life easier. The sales and marketing teams have a reduced workload, allowing more bookings to be taken. The contractors get more work as a result, and with just a few clicks the customer has booked a service, so no more lengthy phone calls.
Being acknowledged in a leading industry publication is a big achievement for us and we are very excited. We are riding a wave at the moment and intend to carry the momentum forward, and hopefully achieve greater success. We will continue growing around our ‘360 degree philosophy’ and strive to make as many lives as possible easier in the process.
Once again thank you, The Guardian, for giving us a great opportunity and for recognising and appreciating our strategy.
