Ladies and Gentlemen, we can now add a technological trailblazing feather in our caps. We are not usually ones to blow our own trumpet, but just this once we feel it’s justified.
Our GoFantastic app was recently nominated for the Best Client Service Mobile App at the Webit Festival 2017 which took place in Sofia Tech Park on 25th April. And….drum roll, please…. we won! To say we are over the moon would be something of an understatement.
Leading The Way
The festival is the leading Digitial and Innovation event for Europe and it is accredited for showcasing and rewarding the industry’s innovators, policy makers and social entrepreneurs that are bucking traditional trends and breaking ground for a better digital future.
Our GoFantastic app for iOS was launched in October 2014 and was followed by the Android version in May 2016. Over 30,000 downloads later, love for this handy and customer-friendly app shows no signs of wavering or slowing down.
The GoFantastic app is a worthy contender as it offers our customers a convenient and reliable experience which provides them with personalised and relevant services. With just a few taps users can book, reschedule or cancel appointments, make online payments, upload photos or videos to better illustrate specific requests, connect with a Customer Service operator 24/7 – call or start a chat from within the app; and possibly best of all account holders receive personal offers and exclusive deals available only to app users.
