1. Take the racks out of the oven.
2. Place them in the freezer or inside a tub between two ice bags.
3. Wait for 30 minutes for the icy temperature to harden the plastic.
4. Once it’s nice and frozen, scrape it off gently with a knife (be careful not to scratch the metal racks).
