That is why we are happy to announce that we recently acquired our ISO certifications. This is a testament to our dedication as a service provider that we continue to seek ways to become even more fantastic while taking care of your needs.
But there is another company value that we hold dearly and that is sustainability. Because we want to be a company which is assisting nature and do everything within our power to minimise the impact we have on the environment. We are certainly proud of what we have achieved so far and we hope that this will serve as an example and inspiration to other service providers who wish to enhance their management systems.
ISO, or the International Organization for Standardization, is a non-government independent organization concerned with international standardization of working processes. Its aim is to enable companies and organizations to adhere to established standards, with the intention to drive constant innovation in their operating practices.
Our management systems were audited by the UK branch of Bureau Veritas Certification Holding SAS. We are happy to share that we have met the standards were recognized for our current excellence. Thus, we are proud to say that currently, Fantastic Services holds the following certification:
This certificate concerns what we do in order to ensure the necessary conditions for a safe and healthy work environment. This is something that we achieve by eliminating occupational hazards and proactively improving the well-being of all people who work within the Fantastic Services brand.
Something that we are particularly proud of is the quality of our services. We create services people love in order to make more happy spaces. And this is exactly what this certificate stands for. We are able to consistently perform highly rated services that meet (and even go beyond) customer satisfaction.
But there is something else that concerns us greatly and that is our environmental impact. This certificate shows that we are a company that takes actions to enhance our environmental performance. Throughout the years, we’ve done a lot to become a nature-friendly company. Our biggest achievement is our custom-built GPRS route optimisation software that minimises travel and wasted miles by 18%. But there is a lot more than we have done and we will continue to do.
